The Schoolhouse Lane apartment development is the first affordable housing complex on the north coast of Aldridge County. Its 24 units and community facilities step down a steep, narrow lot bordering a stand of pine trees. Exteriors are styled after rural English rowhouse design, respecting Cambria�s attachment
to English architecture.

The project was initially considered controversial, but has been embraced by the community and an adjacent second phase has recently been designed by Impact Sketch.
