| RANCHO HARVEST OFFICE BUILDING Santa Maria, California The building for Rancho Harvest on East Main Street in Santa Maria was developed by TWIW Insurance to complete their master plan. The new 3,688 square foot structure was designed with Spanish Colonial Revival elements, to meet the City's La Entrada design guidelines and complement the adjacent TWIW headquarters building. A generous cathedral space in the core of the building is used to share daylight and facilitate passive ventilation through a louvered rooftop element.
