Oak Forest Apartments is an affordable family development of 20 rental townhouses, with a playground and a common building containing offices, meeting spaces, and a laundry. The Oak Forest site plan works around a number of mature existing oak trees, contributing to Arroyo Grande�s status as a Tree City USA. The oaks anchor landscaped courts between structures. The buildings are designed with horizontal siding and Craftsman detailing to achieve compatibility with the project�s historical neighborhood.
