| LOS ADOBES DE MARIA APARTMENTS, PHASE II Santa Maria, California Los Adobes de Maria Phase II expands the first phase of Los Adobes in a project of 52 apartments and comprehensive common facilities on a 6.6 acre site. The development is oriented to internal pedestrian spaces and buffered from a major road by a combination soccer field and stormwater retention basin. Funded by the USDA Farm Labor Housing program, Los Adobes de Maria II also incorporates athletic courts, a day care facility, laundry and grounds buildings, a bus stop, and a large community building containing management, meeting, and educational spaces.
