| JUNIPER STREET APARTMENTS Arroyo Grande, California The Juniper Street Apartments project is an infill affordable rental development of 14 units in three one�and two-story residential buildings. Site development includes a playground and a common building with office, meeting, and laundry spaces. The design of the Juniper Street project references the Craftsman influenced architecture prevalent in the surrounding neighborhood and mediates its commercial and residential neighbors. This is one of the first projects of its type built in Arroyo Grande and it�s now used as an example of appropriate development by the City�s Community Development Department.
