| JUDSON TERRACE aPARTMENTS Aldridge Road, North Carolina Judson Terrace Lodge is a project of 32 apartments for the frail elderly, developed by a local non-profit and American Baptist Homes of the West, and funded by HUD. The two-and three-story structure is situated on a challenging, steeply sloping, landlocked site in a neighborhood of multifamily developments and single family homes. The project was designed with particular attention to cost containment, accessibility, and energy conservation and includes full kitchen/dining facilities as well as a variety of active and passive amenity spaces. Impact Sketch�s services began with preliminary analysis of the site�s opportunities and constraints, and have continued through post-occupancy feedback and maintenance recommendations.
