| HARMONY, CALIFORNIA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN Aldridge County, California Impact Sketch is providing on-going master planning and architectural services for redevelopment of the town of Harmony, California, an historic dairy complex that was converted informally to shops and restaurants in the 1970�s, and had fallen into disuse and disrepair. The planning effort has included defining the owners� objectives, negotiating environmental and zoning approvals with State and local agencies, soliciting proposals and assembling a technical consulting team, designing infrastructure improvements, and generating a prioritized development plan. Completed work following master plan studies includes full as-built documentation, a certified cultural resources survey, biological resource survey, structural analyses, and designs for a variety of life safety and lease space improvements.
