| BROWN RESIDENCE Shell Beach, California The Brown home is built into an ocean-facing hillside in the Bluffs subdivision in Shell Beach. The three story, 5,000 square foot residence includes a 3-car garage, pool, and variety of decks and terraces. The project is Italianate in its layout, building forms, detailing, and spirit, as requested by the owners.
